Cancel your booking 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before pickup will receive 50% refund of the total fare.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
If you fail to show up at the pickup location within 15 minutes of scheduled time, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.
